SOCIAL COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR MANAGER

The importance of social chats with your superior at work.

It is crucial to sometimes have social dialogue with your superior, for the following reasons

1. It creates a room to strengthen the relationship between the manager and the subordinate, a relationship is always a catalyst to better results, without a tangible relationship there is not effective production

2. It creates a room for the manager to say his dislikes and likes openly but in disguise, as well as the subordinate, sometimes it is difficult to pass information someone when disappointed by the same someone, through social chats all that can be openly said out.

3. It shows concern from the manager, some managers are there to work and make production for the organisation and are never concerned about the welfare of their subordinates, even if the organisation can't afford financial incentive, showing concern can be a motivational tool to improve performance

However the dialogue must be kept within limits as it can loosen the respect buttons from the subordinates and make the leadership bolts shaking, that may result in poor performance and unnecessary complains based on excessive friendship rather than work relationship.
